Hotel Lucine partnered with Pixel & Polish to help launch the property, manage its online presence, build brand awareness, drive bookings, restaurant reservations, and ancillary revenues, promote programming and events, and achieve a channel mix heavily weighted toward direct business over third parties.
To make it all happen, we crafted a detailed omnichannel marketing plan, implemented new supporting technology, oversaw the website project and developed all content, optimized and expanded the website for SEO and conversion on an ongoing basis, and executed multi-channel campaigns for both the hotel and food & beverage that included organic social media, email marketing, paid advertising, website content, and online merchandising.
